DAY 1 INDIA/BEIJING – BY INT’L FLIGHT
Fly to China, arrive at Beijing Capital Int’l Airport, airport pick up with our English-speaking airport

DAY 2 BEIJING

Breakfast at hotel,
1000a.m. Departure from Hotel, start City tour.
visit the Summer Palace, the largest and best preserved of all the imperial palace gardens, and boasts
such delights as the “Marble Boat” and the ornately painted” Long Corridor”. Pearl shop.
Visit to the world famous Tian'anmen Square the biggest square in the world that lies in the center of
the city. Visit the Forbidden City from which the Emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties governed for
over 500 years.
Hutong tour, which is also called Rickshaw Tour.
Visit Houhai, is a lake and its surrounding district in central Beijing, one of the three parts of Shichahai.
In recent years it has become famous for nightlife because it is home to many popular restaurants, bars,
and cafes.The area is especially popular with foreign tourists visiting Beijing, but is also often visited by
the expatriate community and younger locals.

DAY3 BEIJING/ SHANGHAI-BY DOMESTIC FLIGHT

Visit the fabled Great Wall-Juyong Pass, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a massive defensive
structure built to keep off intrusion.
Visit a Longdi Jade shop where we will learn about Chinese jade culture.
Afternoon proceed to transfer to the airport and fly to Shanghai Hongqiao airport.
2030p.m. Transfer to Indian restaurant for dinner and then back hotel.

DAY4 SHANGHAI

Visit the Shanghai Museum which is the largest museum of ancient Chinese art in Shanghai.

Shanghai Madame Tussauds wax museum
Visit the lovely old Yuyuan Garden-outside look nine zig zag bridge with golden fish pond, bridges and
pavilions. Step onto Yu Market (Old City God's Temple), which is a major yet relatively inactive, Taoist
temple in Shanghai.

1900pm-2100pm Evening visit Xintiandi, is an affluent car-free shopping, eating and entertainment
district of Shanghai, China. It is composed of an area of reconstituted traditional shikumen ("stone
gate") houses on narrow alleys, some adjoining houses which now serve as book stores, cafes and
restaurants, and shopping malls. Most of the cafes and restaurants feature both indoor and outdoor
seatings. Xintiandi has an active nightlife on weekdays as well as weekends, though romantic settings
are more common than loud music and dance places. It is considered one of the first lifestyle centers in
China. Xintiandi is the location of the site of the first congress of and the Communist Party of China,
now preserved at the Museum of the First National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party.

DAY 5 SHANGHAI

Departure from Hotel, transfer to Shaoxing on time.
Jiashao bridge is the longest and widest multi-pylon cable stayed bridge in the world. The major
funders for this bridge is historical and cultural city Shaoxing. Shaojia bridge started building in the
end of 2008,and it lasted 4 years time. At 00:00 on July 19th it officially opened. Shaojia bridge totally
longs 69.5km and the total cost is 13.9 billion yuan. It is the largest Infrastructure projects in Shaoxing
and also the world-class bridge. After the bridge opened, shaoxing to shanghai’s drive shortened to
1.5 hours.
Go to Shaoxing by Jiashao Bridge which is the longest and widest multi-pylon cable stayed bridge in the
world. Visit Shenyuan Garden which is a private garden built in the Southern Song Dynasty and now it is
a historical monument under provincial protection. Inside the garden, there is a pool in the shape of a
gourd, stone bridges, and artificial hills by the pond and wells.
Go to Xianheng Hotel which is in memory of Luxun and is the most prestigious century-old shop in
Shaoxing. It is a financial city, celebrities, wine in one of the Jiangnan style hotel.
Visit Lunxun Native Place where Luxun grew up and it is the historical district which is preserved best.
Inside Luxun Native Place, there are Lu Xun's ancestral home(old door), Lu Xun's former residence(new
door), Baicaoyuan Garden, Sanweishuwu and Shoujia Tai-door.
Walk to the Pier of Luxun Native place (about 10 minutes) and take the boat to the Pier of City Square.
Visit Cangqiaozhi Street (waterside village) which is one of the most important cultural heritage of
Shaoxing. The local people live on the both side of river. In this street, it opens art museums, theatre
hall, gallery and Shaoxing wine pub.
1800p.m. Back to Shanghai.
